This is easily my favourite issue of Volume 4 so far, which, honestly, has been underwhelming me. I loved Daredevil's rant to the Shroud near the issue's end. It reminded me why I enjoy Waid's take on the character so much. I'm looking forward to the next time we see the Owl.

I'm kind of mixed on this one. For some reason, it feels like a lot happened while at the same time, not much actually happened. I'm not sure how to explain what I feel. First the three of them are fighting; then there's a brief intermission where Matt and Kirsten are talking with a bunch of who-cares-exposition about Owl's motives just thrown on top; then they're fighting again, except this time there is science-y stuff around.

I guess what I mean is, while I like the action, I feel like the plot should have taken a little more time develop. That's a complete 180 from two issues ago, when I said the exact opposite.

One thing I will say is that I liked the ending. I don't completely understand what was going on with Owl's cyber-stuff. I'm looking forward to seeing where that goes, especially if we get some more information on what the technology is that he was after instead of the plain infodump we got in this issue. Matt's interaction with Shroud were good, too.

Yeah not a bad issue, I liked the story, I am interested in the Owl thing, just can't get over the artwork though, its terrible, makes me feel like I am reading an Archie comic!

Nonsensical. I still have no idea of what the Owl was after, I didn't understand a single move of the characters in that mess which is supposed to be a fight, and the "can we take a photo" episode was pathetic and disrespectful. The art doesn't even deserve its name. Garbage

I was pleasantly surprised with the issue. Wondering what the Owl is up to, but I'm sure we will find out soon enough. I'm wondering if Matt isn't having second thoughts about outing himself. When paparazzi snapped the pic, I got the impression that he wasn't happy. Maybe this is the beginning of an interesting side arc that coincides with the recent discussions on the board about the secret identity.

There's a preview of issue #6 making the rounds now; given that "Future of Daredevil" discussion, I suspect--and, honestly, hope--it's going to receive a rather explosive reaction.

This was a good issue, interesting wrap-up to the Owl arc.

The most interesting parts were the Shroud. Matt's rant at the end to him over his actions and guilt was very good. I hope at some point we see if Shroud ever does find Julia or if Matt lives up to his word in helping rescue her.

The public scenes were interesting, Matt beginning to really see the effects of his coming out. If these reactions continue or get stronger, I wonder how Matt will react or try to control their occurrence.

Average standalone issue. 3 and I seriously hope we're done with the Matt/Foggy bromance. Aw, who am I kidding?
