Well, well, well ... let's see,

I am most excited about

Flash # 231-Wally is back. Waid is back. YES!!

Aquaman # 55-Tad Williams is writing a great series here (even if the replacement Aquaman is incredibly lame. I know what you are thinking, the original Aquaman is lame also. I can't help it, I like the character. Let this be a warning to you parents out there, the pajamas you buy your kids can influence their likes later in life). Too bad it is going to be canceled with issue # 57.

Action Comics # 854

JLA # 12- I am canceling this series after this issue.

Captain America # 29- I am very close to canceling this. I love Brubaker's writing but with no Steve Rogers they are close to losing my interest.

The only Mcduffie comic I have knowingly read is the current run if FF. It isn't really impressing me. I loved the JLU cartoon but I am not very familiar with his comics. I collected this series up to this point just for what was rumored as maybe the return of Wally West. I am just rounding out the series with the last issue of Metzler's (sp?) run.

Forrest, I might have not represented my point of view well. I am losing interest in the Captain America comic is the same reason you have, no Captain America. I have a friend who collects writers and artists, I collect characters. A comic of a character I collect would have to be pretty darn bad for me not to collect it, that or not have the character in it.

Yeah, yeah, Speedsters! I just saved my fellas the trouble of pulling Flash #231 for me by swinging by to pull it out of the box myself! Looks good. Haven't read it yet, but my tiny fears about Acuna are quelled.

Also got the 'Return of Barry Allen.' It's happening! Maybe I'll start jogging, too. Very Happy

And then vibrating my molecules.

Got to go work on my Cosmic Treadmill . . .

The Message Board is currently in read-only mode, as the software is now out of date. Several features and pages have been removed. If/When I get time I intend to re-launch the board with updated software.
