Good interview. The last arc's plot was just so-so. The art was the saving grace. He was extremely honest about the experience. Hopefully that doesn't cost him and opportunities in the future.

It's refreshing to hear someone give such an honest opinion of a piece of work that has come out so recently. Of the three stories in Dark Nights, Palmiotti's was the weakest. But I thought Silas' art was good. I also hope this doesn't cost him more Marvel work.

I admire his honesty as well, and he seems like a nice guy.

Ya I've got to agree with Train and Dimetre, the artwork of those issues was great but the storyline was brutal. I haven't received my issue #8 yet but I'm not even sure if I will bother to read it after how bad I thought # 6 and 7 we're. Why a "fun" DD story was written for a comic called Daredevil DARK NIGHTS, is totally beyond me. Especially after the tone of the Lee Weeks story at the beginning of the mini series.

That was a good interview. As everyone else said, it was refreshing to see some honesty. Personally, though, I didn't think that story arc as so bad. It was a little weird to see all of Matt's flirting, but otherwise, I thought it was pretty entertaining. If nothing else, I liked his trip to Cuba a lot more than his trip to Kentucky.
