Does anyone know why Daredevil issue #162 was not part of the Frank Miller run? The issues before and after this issue were part of Miller's saga, but this issue was not. Thanks!

Thanks Kuljit. I was wondering really for the reason behind the break in the Miller run. Was he on vacation? Locked in his house? Boycotting the death of Captain Marvel? Sounds like there isn't any well-known story here but I thought I'd check it out.  I noticed it was missing from my Daredevil/Miller tpb.
