The Message Board is currently in read-only mode, as the software is now out of date. Several features and pages have been removed. If/When I get time I intend to re-launch the board with updated software.

Kuljit has already mentioned it in the News section, and here you have a link for the cover and a brief summary.
I loved the recent DD annual, so needless to say, I'm looking forward for this one!
I'd love Dakota to show up there, too (if only for the funny chemistry with Carlos ) _________________ Gloria

Mmmh...
Juwst checking the Marvel solicits for April 2008, there seems to be no DD #107 that month? or maybe it's just they fprgot to put #107 on the list?
I won't complain as far as DD followers will have our fix, and I could imagine that this gives Michael Lark more time to deliver the goods in the regular series (as far as #106 and the BT special have a guest artists).
... I speculate... maybe BT will play a role in future story-archs? or is the BT Special just a stand-alone issue?
(I know there's people asking for one-shots as an alternative to the trade-conceived story arches, so I guess this special will be liked) _________________ Gloria

Isaac, this is worth a No Prize from Tio Stan
Now seriously, it sounds GOOD. Daredevil is much the lone hero, but some partnerships with him work very well: Natasha, Luke Cage and Iron Fist... (I don't know if he can't count on Spidey now, due to some recent events it's like they're going to be perfect strangers for a while)
Incidentally, I won't go into details because there is no spoiler warning in the thread's title... I don't know where this adventure will be situated, in the DD chronology, but I feel this might take place after the current Story arch (rather than sometime between the events taking place in the recent DD annual and the beginning of "To the Devil his Due")...
... Because, if it is the latter case, it is interesting to know that one of Black Tarantula's powers is healing people. _________________ Gloria

I hope you're right, on both counts, but I get the feeling that this issue will not make any overt references to anything specific going in the regular series. I even think they might be buying some time here to keep the details of the next arc as big a secret as possible. Sure, there are the solicitations for #106, but they are just about as vague as can be. This should be fun though! _________________ The Other Murdock Papers |
