Well, it's not like there's a lot of graphic violence in DD (which I happen to think is a good thing) but the themes and
subject matters are clearly meant for a more mature audience. I would think that the level of violence a writer is allowed would be enough to cover what he needs to tell almost any story that would fit the style of the book. Either way, I would absolutely call DD a mature book, but it seems to be mostly the violence which dictates how books are rated. Though I suppose we might have seen more of Dakota naked if it had been a MAX title. _________________ The Other Murdock Papers |
