So I just finished reading Saladin Ahmed's second issue, and I have to admit that I'm confused.
What does Father Matt remember about his previous life, and what does he not know?
What does he know about his life as Father Matt prior to the last issue of Zdarsky's run?
Why would he refer to someone from that previous life as a "friend"?
We're two issues in, and I can't say I'm overly impressed so far. |

By the end of the first issue, he remembered his previous life, but he also has his current life too and doesn't want to abandon that.
