By the way, I just re-read the interview (not sure we're talking about the same one) und it says just:
IGN Comics: Is Matt Murdock’s supporting cast coming with him? Is Foggy making the move too?
Waid: Some of the cast is accompanying Matt. Not all. Being Matt Murdock’s friend has...consequences.
Samnee: At least one of Matt's supporting cast will be making the trek. Who that is though, you'll just have to wait and see.
From what I read I wouldn't be sure Foggy will be there... And that "Being Matt Murdock’s friend has...consequences" sentence doesn't sound too good to me. Maybe there's another interview I didn't read, but judging from this one I still think it's possible they're going to kill Foggy. We also have to consider that this would be a good reason (the only one, actually) for the renumbering. Since I'm not going to believe that moving to SF justifies it, I stick to my worst fears |

The latest issues of Previews says that in #35, a discussion with Elektra will lead to a major change. Sounds like she's going to have something to do with his move to San Francisco.
I always thought she was a more interesting love interest than Karen. |

| I'd be pleasantly surprised to see more of Elektra, but so far, they seem to want to keep it at cameos with DD and have her closer to Avengers and SHIELD orbits, like BW. Too bad, since she would be a lot more "supremely exciting" than the return of Stuntmaster. |
