If there is a storyline in Waid's current run that I keep reading again and again, it's "The Devil and the Details" and "Omega Effect" crossovers. I forgot that with a good writer, comic books can make you laugh out loud. But more so, it's always awesome to see DD and Spidey team-up.
I know it's going to be sort of a rip-off (It's not like Marvel and DC do not copy each other at times, they do!), but a regular comic book with them two in it would be great to read. What do you guys think? _________________ "I'm only a DEVIL to those who are demonic." |

Yep, I'd love to see a ongoing series with them. After DD, Spidey is my fav hero, in fact it was in the animated Spidey series where I first came across DD. Beneath the masks, Matt and Peter are great together. One of my all time favourite DD moments is at the end of Guardian Devil when Peter reflects back on Gwen Stacy to talk to Matt about Karen's death. |

It is a great idea, I'm surprised it hasn't been done yet. IMO It would make a great long run.
I think another team-up/rivalry that would be good as a mini series would be DD and Wolverine. They have so many things linking them but yet you barely see them together in a story. |

I think that is a great idea. The first time I ever saw DD was in a Spider-man cartoon, and Waid just proved that there is a lot of potential in having these two personalities bounce off each other. And the two have a long history together that can be pulled from. They are deff. one of the best team ups in comics. Right up there with supes/bats or GL/GA, I would read a spidey/DD comic! _________________ "This ones for you Matt" - Jack Murdock |
