One thing I'm curious about...why is Kingpin working with Lady Bullseye after she slaughtered his new family in front of him?

I guess you could say its to show how "cold" Fisk is, but Fisk has cared for people, and usually if you mess with those people, then watch out. He's not a complete sociopath.

Even at the end of Brubaker's run, while he wanted lead the Hand, he still snapped the neck of the guy who organized the family's killing in the first place.

So I don't get why he'd have her be his partner. Unless he's planning on killing her after she outlives her usefulness, I suppose.

Easy answer: Andy Diggle doesn't care about the Daredevil mythos enough to consider the actuality that Kingpin would sooner murder Lady Bullseye than higher her.

Continuity correct answer: She's the best assassin for higher apart from the recently deceased Bullseye. Except....she hasn't really been put to work yet....man....why is he working with her??

Yet another reason why I felt a little uneasy feeling when Diggle took over. When I saw her with Fisk in DD: The List, I was definitely taken aback. But I wanted to give Diggle a fair shot so I ignored it in the hopes it would work out. I did the same thing with Shadowland. Boy, what a mistake.

Fisk is cold but it's to the point that he's become a caricature of himself.

Sadly, weak writing on Kingpin is hardly the worst of Diggle's offenses. "There is no Murdock, there is only the Beast" might be the most embarrassing moment in DD's history.
I'm still trying to figure out who came up with this crap. When Brubaker started the story line, and even at the beginning of Diggle's run, it appeared that Matt would have a legitimate shot at controlling the Hand. Was that a deliberate mislead, or did the editors decide that was too complex and order it changed to this controlled by demon thing?
(But go back to Decalogue to remember what a great writer can do with demons) Sad
